As far as I am concerned, there are two basic types of metail garment racks: one type is the traditional garment rail. This consists of a rail or a pipe which is attached to a base with wheels so that it can be moved from one location to another. Garments are suspended on the rail by their hangers. The other type of garment rack is what I call the garment wheel — these are circular in shape, with the garments hanging on the top circular rail by their hangers. The garment wheel may be a model which spins, allowing the customer to examine the items of clothing on it in more detail — or it may be stationary, requiring the customer to walk around at in order to view the merchandise.
