I don't have too much experience with make up mirrors, because I don't get a makeupoften. I've mainly used them to check out the back of my head after hair cuts.
Other than that the only thing I can think of is that my mother uses the rear view make up mirrorof her car as one, firmly tilted, just side ways so she can see herself and the cars behind, makes for an interesting ride for sure.
For some reason my mother's make upmirrorthat she'd had for a hundred years was in there. It was the kind with the big make upmirrorin the middle, then a pair of bulbs on either side then on the side of the frame on each side was a smaller window. Debbie was fooling with this trying to create some effect. I was just sitting on her bed on the other side of the room. I had much better vision then so I could see pretty well around me. Suddenly, there was this loud boom and a brilliant flash of light, it was bright blue with a thinn white line around it. My parents came on the run and gave Debbie what for. Miraculously, no one was hurt. The mirrorwas moved out of there but from then on I was terrorfied of lightning which looked just like the light I saw.
