Shapell "is integrating the product types (single-family houses, condos, etc.) with different styles and prices" throughout each phase to "make neighborhoods more livable," Marsh said by telephone.

Abbington's models are two-story condominiums with prices starting at less than $554,000 for the 1,763-square-foot Residence 1 and peaking at more than $621,000 for the 2,272-square-foot Residence 3. All have two or three bedrooms and 2 1/2 or three bathroom accessories.
