Ness City, Kan. — The boyfriend of a western Kansas woman who sat on the toilet so long she was stuck to the bathroom setswas in court for arraignment on a misdemeanor charge.
Kory McFarren of Ness City entered a not guilty plea Wednesday to bathroom setsmistreatment of a dependent adult.
If convicted, he could go to jail for one year bathroom sets and be fined $2,500.

The case that drew worldwide attention after his girlfriend, Pam Babcock, was found in February stuck to the toilet bathroom sets.
Authorities believe Babcock sat on the toilet for around a month and had not left the bathroomfor about two years bathroomsets.
Details of the incident surfaced after McFadden called the Ness County Sheriff's Office to say bathroomsetssomething was wrong with his girlfriend.
